Understanding The Main Causes Of Acne Breakouts

Understanding The Main Causes Of Acne Breakouts

If you want to get rid of your acne breakouts once and for all it is important to understand what causes them in the first place. This video talks about causes of acne in specific areas on your face and what you need to do to eliminate breakouts as fast as possible.

If you have acne breakouts in a particular area on your face this generally relates to a specific organ in your body which might not work properly, causing those acne spots and pimples. So if you take care of that organ it will help you get rid of your acne.

Let’s see which organ is connected to which area on your face:

Your balder is the cause of acne breakouts on forehead, so if you are not drinking plenty of water each day and don’t hydrate yourself enough you might experience acne in the forehead area.

Make sure you drink plenty of water  or natural juices, especially cranberry juice which is very good for the balder. Drinking plenty of water will help you get rid of toxins in your body so they don’t end up on your skin in the form of pimples.

Digestive System

If you have bumpy skin and spots on your forehead it means you need to do something about your diet. Your digestive system is not working properly, so make sure you  change what you eat, switch to healthier foods, more salads and fresh fruits, and make sure you take your time when you eat.

Eat slower, chew your food good before you swallow it and pay attention to your food when you eat and don’t be distracted by other things like watching TV.

Don’t just rely on natural acne treatments or lotions to get rid of your acne. Be aware of how your entire body works and how your organs are connected together and you will have much more success in getting rid of acne breakouts.

The liver is responsible for flushing out toxins from your system, so when it isn’t functioning properly you will get spots in your T-zone. Guys tend to get acne breakouts in that area because of the heavy beer drinking or partying too much.

Alcohol stresses your liver so drinking it in large quantities will only make your acne worse.

There are more things to cover, so to find out how the rest of your face areas are affected by different organs make sure you watch the entire video on this page.

  1. Thanks for sharing and… Keep up the good work. I know from experience it’s not always easy! The information you have given is really easy to understand. And I am sure this will definitely going to help me by getting my acne worse.

  2. Honestly, I’ve been trying stuff like like for 4 years with no luck. Everyone says ‘make you you drink plenty of water’ and I do, but my forehead acne remains. And then they say ‘oh, well you’re diet needs to improve’ when I eat healthier than anyone I know. This just isn’t effective enough, I wish I just went to a dermatologist all those years ago
