Is Acne Free In 3 Days by Chris Gibson A
“Magic Cure for Acne”
Or Simply a Rehashed, Overhyped Pile of Useless
Acne Treatments Created To Line The
Pockets of Chris Gibson?
Acne free in three days – It sounds too good to be true but the truth is this is a frequently used strategy by many book authors out there who are trying to sell you their product, promising extremely fast results and that you’ll not going to suffer from acne any more if you just buy his book and follow his steps.
So the questions that popped in my mind was: is this ebook really going to help me cure my acne? How is this course different than the other ones?
Can Chris Gibson and his Acne Free In 3 Days ebook really put a stop to all my ordeals and pain by clearing my acne in just three days?
These are all important questions and by the end of this review you will certainly have the answers and you can make your own decision about this product.
I was also suffering from acne in the past and I know how it can affect you not only physically but also emotionally, destroying your self confidence and making you wonder if you will ever have a normal skin.
I didn’t have access to this kind of resources in the past and that only made my life even harder. Nowadays you can find all sorts of information on the internet, all you need to do is figure out which one is good and which one is bad.
I am pro to these natural treatments because I know they work, if you give them time. I have some health problems, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis a while ago and so far the natural treatments are the ones who help me the most.
What this product is all about and does it live up to its hype?
The author of the Acne free in 3 days book is Chris Gibson and he also wrote a few other books in the past.
The book is divided into several chapters where Chris takes you back in time and shares his story and presents the three day treatment that helped many regular people and also some celebrities(at least tht’s what he claims) to cure their acne.
The book has 11 chapters entitled as follows:
- How I finally cleared my adult acne
- Why me
- Acne free for 18 years
- How it works
- The steps for the apple fast method
- Maintaining the results
- Special instructions for reducing and removing facial acne scars
- Resistant acne methods
- Reactive foods that can aggravate Acne
- Final thoughts
I spent a few hours reading the book from start to finish and my first thought about it: quite boring! Those are a couple of hours wasted that I will never get back. Too long and boring and the actual useful information can be easily put into a few pages.
The first two chapters talk about his story on how he tried many acne treatments, creams and how he had hundreds of visits to the doctor but to no avail. Until he found a natural treatment that helped him cure his acne in just a few days.
There is also some information about several acne medications such as Accutane but nothing interesting. After all, people buy this book to find out what they have to do to get a clear skin in three days and not to read Chris’ life story.
In chapter three he talks about the three factors that contribute to acne which kind of make sense if you think about them for a while and allow them to sink in. And this is where Chris mentions what the three days treatment is all about.
What is Acne Free In 3 Days About?
Basically you have to do three things during those three days:
- eat only apples and nothing else. You are going on an apple fast for three days.
- drink plenty of water to help flush out the toxins
- do an enema at the end of each day to furthermore eliminate the toxins from your body.
And that is pretty much it. For those new to natural and holistic cures should know that the fruit fasts are known to be ancient methods for detoxing the body and have been used for many ages.
In the next two chapters, Chris goes into the nitty gritty about how to proceed with your fast, how may and what kind of apples you should eat, how to do the enemas, how much water you should drink. Basically you find out exact and detailed instructions on what you need to do the first day, the second and the last day so you can have a well established plan.
This is pretty much all you need to know from this ebook. So if you skip all the way to this section of the book you should be ok.
Are the results going to last?
In chapter six Chris reveals a few simple things you need to do in order to maintain the results of the apple fast. You will have to be willing to change a few things in your life if you want to stay acne free.
You will find many reviews on the internet about Acne Free in 3 Days who say that the results won’t last and that once you get back to your old diet and lifestyle the acne will come back. Well… DUH!. The whole purpose of this apple fast is to detox your body and get rid of all the toxins and chemicals from your system. That is what causes your acne in the first place.
If you go back to your old lifestyle and eating habits and shove down your throat hamburgers, cola, coffee and all that bad food of course the results won’t last and your acne will come back.
Chris specifies that you need to change your diet to a healthier one and he also also recommends a few supplements and natural products you could use that will help you maintain a clear skin.
Does Acne Free in 3 Days help remove acne scars?
In Chapter 7 – Reducing and removing acne scars Chris recommends a special peel, 100% natural, that had great results for many people. Turns out this is just another product made by Chris, so he basically promotes his own product here which feels like he is just trying to make more money from you.
I am not saying whether it works or not because I didn’t try it, but after seeing the pictures and read the reviews I tend to believe this is actually a good product and I would give it a try.
Will Acne Free in 3 Days help with resistant acne?
If you are worried that this book might now work for you because you know you have resistant acne, Chris gives you in Chapter 8 – Resistant acne methods a few methods and additional steps you need to do to clear a resistant acne.
Candida infection is mentioned as being the main cause of resistant acne and he outlines the steps you have to take to get rid of your yeast infection first which will results in clearing your acne.
He talks about how you can use castor oil, various herbs method and Essential oils which you can use to clear your resistant acne. But it will definitely not going to take just three days and you will have to repeat the apple after a few months.
What else can you find in this ebook?
Finally, as expected, he presents a list of foods that are known to aggravate acne breakouts in his Chapter 9 – Foods that aggravate acne.
I don’t agree 100% with this list because I found some of the foods listed here to be listed on a non-aggravating foods list, so I don’t know.
But I was surprised to see some particular foods listed here as I never thought they could cause acne breakouts.
Acne Free in Three Days Review: Conclusions
So, this is all you will find in the book Acne Free in 3 Days.
Is it going to help you clear you acne once and for all?
I think it probably will, but then again, as Chris says, it all depends on you. If you are willing to stick to the course and follow the steps to the T you WILL see results.
But one thing is for sure. This is not a magical cure which you’re only going to follow for three days and then you can go back to your old lifestyle and expect for the results to last. As I said earlier, you need to be willing to change a few things in your life if you want your results to last.
And to be honest, this apple fast sounds really delicious. I mean, who doesn’t like apples? He does, however, offer an alternative to those who are allergic to apples, so he covers that aspect as well.
But if you are indeed allergic to apples or grapes, I wouldn’t advise getting this book because the whole point is about eating nothing but apples. They have some sort of great benefits and the ability to flush out toxins from your body.
The bad thing about this book is that the useful information, the essence of the book could’ve been squeezed in just ten pages and not 110 pages. Too much unnecessary stuff and boring facts that no one really gives a crap about (pardon my french) so the price of $39.95 might seem a bit too high.
Is it worth the price? Should you buy it?
If you are not going to do all the things recommended in this book, and you know for a fact that you won’t do the enemas, then don’t buy it. If you are not willing to give up on some of the bad foods you are eating right now like fatty foods, cola, sugar and so on then I don’t recommend you try this cure.
But if you want to try a different approach to cure your acne and get rid of it without worrying about weird side effects that most acne drugs have, then you should give this acne treatment a chance.
You don’t have anything to lose. Moreover, you have a 60 days money back guarantee so you can get your money back if you are not satisfied by it.
